1. Prohibited content
You may not use Fanfusion Hub to generate, store, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualizes minors
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide
- Credible threats or targeted harassment of identifiable persons
- Doxxing: publishing personal data of individuals without lawful basis
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Impersonation of public officials, courts, medical professionals, or legal counsel when giving consequential advice
- Fraudulent solicitations, phishing, scams, or misleading payment demands
- Material that facilitates the manufacture of weapons capable of mass harm
2. Prohibited activities
- Unsolicited bulk messaging in breach of WhatsApp / Meta policies or applicable anti-spam laws
- Circumventing Fanfusion's rate limits, policy checks, or approval queues
- Attempting to exfiltrate other tenants' data (any such attempt is a material breach)
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated crawling of the platform beyond documented APIs
- Using the service to train competing AI models without prior written consent
- Testing for vulnerabilities outside our coordinated disclosure program (see below)
3. Regulated industries
If you operate in a regulated industry (healthcare, legal, financial advisory, real estate), you are responsible for ensuring that agent outputs comply with the rules that govern your profession. Fanfusion provides controls (policies, approvals, disclaimers, audit trails) to make that feasible, but the legal responsibility remains with you.
4. Consent and disclosure
When a conversation is handled primarily by an AI agent, users must be informed. Agent channels display an AI disclaimer by default; you must not suppress or misrepresent this disclosure. Record consent for recording, for automated processing, and for marketing in line with applicable law.
5. Enforcement
We monitor aggregate signals (deny rates, abuse flags, alert rules) but do not routinely review conversation content. When we receive a credible report, we may review to the extent necessary to investigate. Enforcement can include: warning, policy re-tightening, feature suspension, squad kill-switch activation, account suspension, or termination.
6. Reporting violations
To report abuse of our platform by another user or a Fanfusion squad, email abuse@fanfusionhub.com with evidence and context. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
7. Coordinated vulnerability disclosure
Security researchers are welcome. Email security@fanfusionhub.com with a description, reproduction steps, and any relevant context. Good-faith testing under our disclosure guidelines is not treated as a violation of this Policy. We credit reporters who request it and issue bug bounties on a discretionary basis.
8. Updates
We may update this Policy as threats and use patterns evolve. Material changes are notified in product and take effect 30 days later.
