1. The service
Fanfusion Hub provides an AI agent operations platform, including squads, policy controls, approvals, audit logging, omnichannel messaging, and related products (Drokio, Vexkio, Nekovu, FanfusionSEO, and Bokaru). The service is delivered over the internet and accessed through our web application and APIs.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under them. You must notify us promptly at security@fanfusionhub.com of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of Fanfusion Hub is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension of the service and termination of your account. High-risk content (illegal activity, targeted harassment, abuse material, weapons manufacturing instructions, impersonation of officials) is prohibited.
4. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it. You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it solely to operate the service, unless a separate Data Processing Addendum says otherwise.
5. Customer content
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your content only as necessary to provide the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, subject to backup retention periods.
6. AI output
Fanfusion Hub integrates with third-party AI models. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect, biased, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent to a customer, published, or used as a basis for a consequential decision. Our approvals, kill-switch, and audit features exist to make this review feasible — but the responsibility to use them belongs to the customer.
7. Fees and billing
Plan fees and add-on charges are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We never auto-charge overage usage; we surface recommendations and require explicit confirmation for any upgrade.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the service (or any part of it) if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service from imminent harm. You may terminate at any time from the dashboard. On termination, we retain data according to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties not expressly granted in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of third-party model failures.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanfusion Hub's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Fanfusion Hub against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you by email or in-product banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fanfusion Hub LLC is organized, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
