1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember things about your visit — signed-in state, preferences, or anonymous analytics counters. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work in comparable ways; we use "cookies" below as shorthand for all of them.
2. Categories we use
Essential
Required to operate the site. These hold your signed-in session, CSRF tokens, and the current organization selector. Without them the product cannot function. These cannot be disabled.
Functional
Remember preferences such as language, theme, dashboard layout, and recently viewed entities. Disabling them degrades the experience but does not block access.
Analytics
Aggregate, privacy-preserving usage counters that help us improve the product. We do not use third-party tracking pixels that sell data to ad networks. If we add an analytics provider, it is listed here with clear retention and aggregation rules.
3. Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time. On first visit, the product surfaces a consent banner for non-essential categories; your choice is stored and respected. You can revisit it from the footer link "Cookies".
4. Retention
- Session cookies: cleared when you close the browser
- Authentication cookies: up to 30 days, rotated on use
- Preference cookies: up to 12 months
- Analytics cookies: up to 12 months, aggregated thereafter
5. Third parties
Some cookies are set by third parties we use to deliver the service (e.g., our payments provider for checkout flows). We keep this list minimal and list material subprocessors in our Data Processing Addendum.
