What counts as a 'message'?
Any outbound message sent by a squad across any channel (WhatsApp template, WhatsApp session, IG, Messenger, webchat). Inbound messages and internal approvals are never counted.
What happens if I exceed the plan limits?
We never auto-charge overage. When usage approaches a cap, the Suggestions engine surfaces an upgrade or an add-on, and operators get an alert event. Nothing stops working — you just get a clear recommendation.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades prorate and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to preserve active features through the period you already paid for.
What about custom / on-prem?
Enterprise plans support regional storage preferences, custom SSO (roadmap), and dedicated environments. On-prem is case-by-case — contact us to discuss.
Do you charge per seat?
Operator seats are included in plan caps (see each plan). Approver seats — the humans who authorize sensitive actions — have their own capacity and can be extended with the extra_approver_seat add-on.
