Refund Policy

This Policy describes when Fanfusion Hub issues refunds or credits. Our default is that subscription fees are non-refundable, with clearly defined exceptions below. We never auto-charge overage, so there are no 'surprise' charges to reverse.

1. Standard subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except as set out in sections 2 and 3 below. Canceling a plan stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. Service remains available through the end of the paid period.

2. First-subscription satisfaction window

First-time customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the first subscription charge if the product is not a fit. One request per organization. Email support@fanfusionhub.com with your org slug and the reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Service failure credits

If a documented service incident breaches a written SLA in your contract or materially impairs your ability to use the service for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, we issue a prorated service credit covering the affected days. Credits are applied to the next invoice. No credits for third-party model outages outside our control — but we escalate those with the provider and pass through any recovered compensation.

4. Add-ons

Add-ons activated mid-cycle are billed on the next invoice, prorated. Canceling an add-on takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial-period refunds.

5. Enterprise contracts

Refund and credit terms in a signed Enterprise agreement (MSA, Order Form, SLA) supersede this Policy where they conflict.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback for a charge you could have refunded under this Policy, we may suspend the account pending resolution. We prefer to resolve disputes directly; email support@fanfusionhub.com first.

7. Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, repeated abuse of the policy, or material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
